Beginner Program – Sabre

The Beginner class is an initiation to sabre fencing. You will learn the terms, fundamental positions, fencing safety, a clear mental image of correct form, and the motor patterns of sabre fencing. At the end of the program, beginners can continue their fencing journey by joining our regular program by choosing the monthly membership. Members who pursue fencing after the beginner program can continue to acquire and consolidate their fencing skills.

Fencing equipment rental may be provided with repurposed club equipment which must remain on site after each class.

• When: Tuesdays | Beginner program begins on November 7, 2023
  
• Time: 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
  
• Where: 2045 Dundas St E #4, Mississauga, ON L4X 1L9
  
• Attire: Running shoes, exercise pants, t-shirt
  
• Must be 18 years of age (exceptions may be made by the instructor).
